The Zoom Out tool is used to zoom out of an area of the map, i.e. bring the map "farther away" from you. When you select the Zoom Out tool and place
the mouse over the map, the mouse cursor changes to a plus sign, like this:
To zoom out of a specific area, click the left mouse button in the center of the area from which you would like to zoom out.
When you release the mouse button, a Retrieving Map notice will appear and the map will reload and display a larger area.
NOTE: It is important to never click on any of the other navigational tools, any of the buttons in the Identification, Views, or Query areas, or anywhere
on the map while the Retrieving Map notice is displayed. Doing so may cause the Flood Zone Application to fail requiring you to exit your browser and restart
the application.
