The Zoom In tool is used to zoom in to a specific area of the map, i.e. bring it "closer" to you. When you select the Zoom In tool and place
the mouse over the map, the mouse cursor changes to a plus sign, like this:
To zoom in to a specific area, imagine a box on the map that surrounds the area that you would like to see, then place the plus sign in the upper left
corner of the box and click the left mouse button. Drag the mouse down to the lower right corner of the box you imagined and release the mouse button.
When you release the mouse button, a Retrieving Map notice will appear and the map will reload with the area that you want to see "zoomed in" closer
to you.
NOTE: It is important to never click on any of the other navigational tools, any of the buttons in the Identification, Views, or Query areas, or anywhere
on the map while the Retrieving Map notice is displayed. Doing so may cause the Flood Zone Application to fail requiring you to exit your browser and restart
the application.
