Navigation - Clear Selection

The Clear Selection tool is used to deselect an area or feature that you had selected previously with the identification button (more information on identifying features is available in the Identification section of this help file). When you select the Clear Selection tool, the currently selected feature is deselected (i.e. the shading used to denote the feature is turned off).
