Station Identification is used to identify a specific station on the map. To identify a city, click on the Station Identification button, then click on the station you want to identify. Information about the station will appear in the Results area.

If you receive an error message stating, "The Active Layer FTRS Stations is not visible due to scale and features cannot be selected.", the map is currently not displaying the station layer. To identify a station in this case, use the Zoom In tool until the station appears on the map.

If the Station button does not appear in the Identification area, the station layer is not currently being displayed. To display the station layer, change the View to allow more layers to display.
